Job summary

Petro Service Limited, a Canada-wide petroleum service provider, invites a Construction Supervisor to lead field teams in Saint John, NB. You will coordinate construction activities, ensure safety, monitor budgets, and support project planning with Project Managers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in petroleum/fueling construction, PM2/PM3 certification preferred, valid driver's license, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum High School Education.
• PM2/PM3 Certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical support to field technicians.
• Coordinate field resources and construction activities to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget completion.
• Promote and enforce safety programs, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of field personnel.
• Assist with estimating, quotes, scope development, and project setup.
• Coordinate subcontractors and additional trades for delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction throughout all phases.
