Job summary

First Onsite Restoration is seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor to lead in‑house crews and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish. You will review scopes, organize materials, and manage schedules to keep work on track.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, uphold safety and quality standards, train staff, and solve on‑site challenges. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience, a diploma or trade certification, and strong knowledge of construction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction or restoration experience with proven supervisory success
• Diploma, trade certification, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret scopes, drawings, and specifications
• Skilled communicator with strong leadership and organization skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile applications
• IICRC certifications an asset
• Valid Drivers license and clean driving abstract
• Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
