  • Assist in WIP (Work-In-Progress) creation, monthly billings, and project metric tracking on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Drive the monthly project financial projection reviews, ensuring timely and accurate reporting by PMs and supporting consistency across projects.
  • Ensure PMs are maintaining up-to-date logs—monitor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Facilitate preconstruction setup and reviews, supporting the development of project budgets, phase codes, SOVs, and time coding procedures.
  • Serve as a go-to for Excel, project tracking tools, and reporting systems—bringing clarity to data and improving efficiency.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts across the project management and operations teams—looking for ways to streamline, standardize, and scale our systems.
  • Support accountability across the team by reinforcing expectations, following up on open items, and improving internal systems.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with team members, GCs, and clients—building strong working relationships at every level.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting or managing large commercial or industrial construction projects.

  • Strong understanding of construction workflows and the ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project financials.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, and project management systems—with a mindset for streamlining processes.
  • Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented—you anticipate challenges and take initiative.
  • Committed to process improvement and accountability, holding yourself and others to high standards.
  • Willing to work in and around active construction sites, adapting to typical field conditions.
