Job Description

PipeFlo Contracting Corp. is outfitted with the latest trenchless robotic technology and equipment for pipeline inspection, maintenance, and rehabilitation of water distribution and wastewater collection systems and industrial process piping.

PipeFlo is a construction contractor focused on installation of specialized trenchless technologies designed and manufactured in Europe & USA for infrastructure repair:

  • Mainline Full Length Lining (BKP Germany) – UV Cured in Place Pipe
  • Lateral Lining (Speedylite Spain)– LED Cured in Place Pipe
  • Robotic Inspection & Cutter (ProKasro Germany) – Pipeline milling robot
  • Spot Repair & UV Top Hat Systems (Cosmic Austria)– UV Cured Short Liner (pipeline point repair)
  • Chemical Grouting and Sealing Repairs (CUES USA)– non-structural process to stop infiltration into mainline joints service connections and maintenance holes
  • Amex Seals (Amex Sanivar Germany)- Internal pipe sealing for joints and leaks
  • Channeline (Dubai)- GRP structural panel lining for large diameter pipe rehabilitation
  • CentriPipe (USA) - Centrifugally Cast Concrete Pipe Lining
  • Permaform (USA) - Cementitious structural liner for maintenance hole renewal
  • Primus Line (Germany) - Inner coating optimal system for pressure pipes

Job Duties:

  • Plan, direct and manage all aspects of assigned construction project, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
  • Establish production goals to meet the technical specifications of the identified pipeline robotics technology.
  • Communicate with clients to assist in the decision-making for the most economical and best practice results available.
  • Main Project Coordinator responsible to maintain Daily Production Log for all field operation crews. Identify site and equipment problems, NCR must be completed.
  • Discuss jobsite events & forecast for the status of projects at Daily Operations meeting.
  • Ensure a sound knowledge of PipeFlo Corporate Policies and Procedures Health and Safety COR Program.
  • Supervise field staff for proper completion and submission.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient with B2W Operations Suite.
  • Proficient with CT Spec Pipeline Inspection Software and Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and quality management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • NASSCO PACP (Pipeline Assessment Certification Program).
  • College Diploma OR University Degree in Project Management OR Civil Engineering.
  • At least 9 months of experience in management of Trenchless Technology UV CIPP from initial pipe inspection, robotic repair, through to final video and proof of completion.
  • Knowledge of trenchless technology repair techniques, procedures, and terminology.
  • Comprehension of international pipe rehabilitation technology products.
  • Understanding process and time required to complete tasks in order to accurately create production schedules.
  • Understand architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to communicate in fluent English with all stakeholders in the project.
