Employee Benefit Consultants, Inc. seeks a Project Quality Coordinator to oversee QA/QC activities on large construction projects in Ontario, ensuring ISO 9001 and contract compliance while coordinating with field teams, subcontractors and inspectors.

The role requires a civil engineering/related degree and 6–8 years of construction quality management experience, strong documentation, and an on-site presence. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or related discipline.
• 6-8 years of experience in construction quality management.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, ITPs, and construction documentation.
• Experience interpreting construction contracts, specifications, drawings, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction quality documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QA/QC activities across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage Inspection & Test Plans, checklists, schedules.
• Review contract documents and specifications for quality requirements.
• Conduct field inspections of civil, structural, architectural, and building systems work.
