Barton Malow Canada is seeking a Quality Coordinator/Inspector to support the development, implementation, and ongoing effectiveness of the project QMS. You will coordinate quality documentation, inspections, testing, and closeout records with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

The role includes identifying non-conformances, verifying compliance with standards, and promoting continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Travel to Ontario projects is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum three years of QA/QC or quality management experience in the construction industry.
• Electrical construction experience is required; medium- or high-voltage systems is an asset.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, construction tech, or related field is asset.
• Quality Management Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards and practical application.
• Familiarity with CSA W59/W47.1 welding requirements and ITPs.

Responsabilidades

• Promote quality standards and proactive quality culture across the project team.
• Maintain project quality records, including ITPs and test reports.
• Prepare quality system documents before mobilization and keep them current.
• Monitor onsite quality activities and ensure inspections meet contract requirements.
