The Opportunity -
We are in the process of adding another Quality Control Assessor to our team. Reporting to the Director of Technical Services, this position will be responsible for performing site reviews of single-family and/or multi-family projects enrolled for home warranty while they are being constructed. You will evaluate the quality of construction and ensure that practices follow relevant provincial building codes and minimum construction quality standards.
You will provide construction reviews, assessments, and inspections on potential new projects to assist with assessing risk and to provide technical construction expertise during the claims process. This position does require travel within the regional area and would be considered a "remote worker" role, with visits to the branch location when required. Additionally, this position would be provided with a company vehicle due to the required regional travel.

Salary Expectations -
The expected salary range for this position is $57,000.00 to $62,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
