KSCS is seeking a Construction Project Manager to coordinate and oversee on-site asset maintenance or new construction projects in Kahnawake. You will represent KSCS, manage the project as a whole, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality, health and safety standards, while monitoring the schedule, costs, and scope.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Building Engineering Technology or related training and 5+ years of field experience.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Building Engineering Technology or related training.
• 5+ years of field experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
• Fluent in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Develop project scopes, plans, and deliverables with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, schedules, and change requests; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specs, quality and safety.
• Oversee commissioning, handover, and contract close-out with documentation.
• Conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
