  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, addressing issues promptly to minimize delays or cost overruns.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and milestones.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and change orders.
