Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project execution from preconstruction and permitting through closeout. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all field activities on commercial construction sites
• Lead crews in the layout, sequencing, and execution of construction tasks
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with plans and specifications
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and equipment usage
• Monitor daily progress and maintain accurate logs, reports, and site documentation
• Enforce project schedules, resolve field issues, and maintain productivity benchmarks
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to project standards and client expectations
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to meet construction goals
• Write and manage change orders and contracts on site
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site
• Lead daily tailgate talks and enforce all safety protocols
• Experience with Telehandler/Forklift equipment
