Base pay range

80,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr

We are seeking a Project Manager with 2+ years of commercial construction experience to join a reputable, family-owned general contractor in Oklahoma City. This role will manage ground-up and renovation projects across sectors including retail, medical, office, and multi-family.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Manage project budgets and track job costs
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors
• Ensure quality and safety compliance on projects
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Process draws and handle project close-out

Candidate Qualifications :

• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Experience with construction management software (preferred)
• Up to $120K DOE
• Full benefits package
