The Opportunity:

External posting title: Construction Project Manager

Internal title: Supervisor, Reinvestment Construction (ACM)

The Reinvestment ACM will be responsible for construction execution (project management) of reinvestment projects throughout Eastern Canada, including standard interior projects, expansions, conditions of rewrite, and conditions of sales.

Duties include:

• Building positive relationships with stakeholders (franchisees, staff, contractors, vendors, authorities).
• Monitoring and managing the reinvestment project process.
• Ensuring quality control for costs, timelines, and standards.
• Managing budgets, schedules, construction, and project closeout.
• Developing scopes, estimates, tenders, and contracts.
• Creating purchase orders and change orders.
• Providing project updates to management.
• Conducting site visits within Canada.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction project management; experience in QSR industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and partnership-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel within Canada up to 30% of the time.
