We're doing construction differently and thinking outside the box about how we can improve our company and our industry.

Project Manager (Vancouver)

We are looking for experienced Project Managers to join our team, with experience on TI projects valued between $2M-$10M. This role is based at our Surrey Cloverdale Office, but we offer remote and flexible working arrangements for 2 days per week.

  • Independent - effective communicator and able to work autonomously
  • Honest - willing to admit mistakes and take ownership
  • Administrative - capable of managing schedules, change orders, reports, etc.
  • Financial Focus - meticulous in managing budgets and financial reports
  • Personable - skilled at building relationships with vendors and clients
  • Communicator - proactive in communication with team and subtrades, strong verbal and written skills
  • Organizer - detail-oriented in site organization
  • Mobile - willing to travel across BC for site meetings and visits
Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in Project Management or Site Supervision
  • Construction knowledge including understanding of processes and sequencing
  • Post-secondary education in a construction-related field (e.g., BCIT or similar)
Responsibilities:
  • Project Startup - managing contracts, insurance, bonds, WCB notices
  • Project Documentation - using Timberline and Microsoft software for project management tasks
  • Subtrade/Supplier Management - overseeing subtrades and suppliers, resolving issues
  • Site Supervision Interface - collaborating with Site Superintendents to deliver quality projects on time and budget
  • Client Relations - liaising with architects, consultants, and clients to address issues and maintain relationships
  • Budget Management - monitoring and controlling project budgets, minimizing costs
  • Invoicing - preparing progress claims and reviewing invoices
