Vytal Digital Infrastructure is seeking a qualified Telecommunications Project Manager / Site Supervisor in the Montreal area.

This will be a hybrid position and will require the applicant to work from both office and job site’s depending on the needs of the projects assigned.

This is a Mid- level management position within the operations team, responsible for sub management, production, safety and quality.

The PM / SS oversees Supervisors and Sub-Contractors including time, attendance, performance, production, quality, and safety.

The PM / SS oversees the project lifecycle including creating project plans, schedules, labor and equipment needs and customer reporting.

This position will be responsible for project financials including WIP, job costs, expenses, and gross profit management.

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver that provides solutions for Supervisors, crews and customers, taking into consideration the Profit & Loss impacts related to day-to-day decisions.

The PM / SS will be responsible for customer facing functions of the project management lifecycle including kick off, daily production documentation, site inspections, closeout, invoicing, change orders, status updates and contract management.

Adherence to all system and project management processes at Vytal is a must. Some systems used include : MS Suite, MS Project, Procore, Fulcrum & SharePoint.

Leadership skills; full ownership of team success including people development, culture engagement, performance management, compensation management.

Candidates must be fluent in English and French.

5+ years of technical field experience in telecom (fiber) & 2+ years of full cycle PM / P&L management experience is desired.

Passport and willingness to travel preferred.

Salary Range - $100,000 - $120,000 CAD

This position will report to the Reginal Principal – Fiber Construction
