Job description

• Set up and manage / maintain project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accountability for the project budget, costs, timelines, and complete accurate monthly forecasts.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, designers, site superintendents, subtrades, and other project stakeholders.
• Organize project teams into suitable workgroups and guide them to produce deliverables according to specifications.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of direct work experience in a project role for a mid-size to large general contractor.
• Post-secondary degree / diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline (equivalent education and experience may be considered).
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate project teams through a hands-on approach from start to finish.
• Flexibility to travel to sites on occasion.
• Site Ready BC certification.
