Job description

Manage multiple new restaurant builds and renovations per year in cities across Canada.

Lead the rollout of new brand standards and upgrades across existing locations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, contractors, and suppliers.

Collaborate with the internal design team to ensure value engineering while preserving brand integrity.

Maintain detailed project tracking, budgets, and reports.

Travel as needed during key stages of project planning and construction.

Oversee planning, scheduling, quality control, and on-site problem solving.

Requirements

Post-secondary education in a related field.

3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in food & beverage or retail construction.

Proven success in estimating, budgeting, and contract negotiation.

Skilled in conflict resolution and value engineering.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Planner, SharePoint).

Skilled in reading and interpreting full construction drawings and spec packages.

Experienced in financial tracking / reporting for construction projects.

Familiar with permitting processes across various jurisdictions.

General contracting and on-site experience is a strong asset.

Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
