Job summary

Park View Homes is seeking a Project Coordinator to own the construction schedule for each home from start to closing, while supporting estimating, purchasing, and cost administration to keep each project accurately priced and resourced.

You will maintain a complete, achievable schedule, coordinate across Production, Purchasing, and Pre-Construction to ensure on-time closings, and support budgets, takeoffs, and pricing in company systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years project coordination experience (on-time, on-budget, quality delivery).
• College or University education in Project Management, Business, or Engineering.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
• Experience with purchasing, budgets, or cost administration.
• Excellent communication (written and oral).
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a complete, accurate construction schedule for each home, from start through closing.
• Coordinate schedule performance across all homes and identify risks, communicate delays, support on-time closing.
• Coordinate schedule requirements with Production, Purchasing, Pre-Construction and other departments.
