The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the main components (gas infrastructure, plumbing systems, sanitation systems, electrical infrastructure) of the construction projects are at satisfactory levels of functionality in order to pass inspection requirements. In this role you will be responsible for addressing Quality Assurance files, reading and processing Pre-Delivery Inspection reports, and contact homeowners when the closing date is due.

Empire Wyndfield in Brantford ON.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 years previous experience with a low-rise residential builder.
- Completion of a college/university program related to Construction Management or Construction Engineering.
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code, Occupational Health & Safety Act, and Safety regulations.
- Must be proficient with MS Office applications, word, excel, outlook express.
- Newstar and Build Pro experience considered an asset.

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day
- Coordinating and attending meetings with City inspectors and other external inspection teams.
- Ensuring that the house is ready for gas, utilities, sanitation and electrical systems to be installed and that systems are functioning and working properly.
- Scheduling general labor and trade teams to conduct minor finishing works and cleaning of the house prior to the closing date.
- Ensuring that PDI items are completed and that homeowners sign off on PDI Reports.
