We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support the Construction Department by coordinating project execution, documentation, and communication across teams and job sites.

What You Will Do

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you’ll provide comprehensive support to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. Key responsibilities include:

Project Coordination Support project leaders by coordinating daily site activities, assisting with schedules, and ensuring subcontractors are effectively managed. Help maintain project timelines and support daily operations.

Contract & Budget Support Assist with preparing and revising contracts, change orders, and cost estimates. Support budget tracking and contribute to financial reporting.

Documentation & Communication Manage key project documents including RFIs, NCRs, daily logs, and shop drawings. Prepare project reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Quality & Compliance Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Collaborate with site staff to resolve issues and maintain compliance throughout the project.

Must-Have Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wood-frame, multi-family residential construction
  • 3+ years in a similar project coordination or construction support role
  • Post secondary in Project Management, Architectural Technology, or a related field
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience using Bluebeam for drawing reviews and markups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High accuracy, detail-oriented mindset, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud
