Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years construction experience in mining operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.
• Experience in construction/carpentry, concrete, and welding work.
• Ability to read and understand engineering prints (civil, structural, rock excavation).
• High attention to detail and high standards.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts on a 7/7 rotation.
