We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled Construction Manager to oversee abatement and insulation projects from conception to completion. The role includes responsibilities in Estimating, Job Scheduling, and Project Management, requiring expertise in insulation materials, regulations, construction planning, team coordination, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Scheduling

• Develop detailed work schedules, coordinate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion within 3-5 day cycle times.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Estimating & Cost Management

• Prepare accurate estimates, analyze project specifications, and develop bid proposals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize costs.

Project Management

• Develop project plans, manage budgets, supervise field teams, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (preferred).
• 6+ years in insulation or construction project management, including at least 3 years in scheduling and estimating.
• Proficiency in project management and estimating software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Knowledge of insulation materials, abatement regulations, and safety standards.
• Experience in a Unionized environment is a plus.
• Certifications such as Health & Safety, PMP preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
