Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise construction projects from design to completion.

• Prepare project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.

• Ensure compliance with Canadian building codes, OHSA, and safety regulations.

• Lead and mentor teams of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

• Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and cost control.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Strong expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and project software (MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
