Responsibilities
Due to the busy nature of the practice, the incumbent lawyer will be hitting the ground running and taking on a substantial amount of files, both independently and in support of more senior lawyers. Working with developers, owners, and contractors on a wide range of large scale projects, this work will include but not be limited to builders liens, construction defects (design, structural, electrical), project delays/extensions, and some professional liability matters.

Qualifications

• Called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
• 3+ years of post call experience with an emphasis on construction litigation
• Be comfortable with a billable target of 1700
