Now Hiring: Construction Landscape Senior Manager.
Location: 340 Regional Road 20, Hannon, ON, L0R1P0.
Salary: $120,000 + Company Phone, RRSP, Benefits, Profit Sharing.

Your Role:

As a Senior Manager, you will be the driving force behind our residential landscape construction projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing teams, overseeing scheduling, ensuring top-quality work, and fostering exceptional customer relationships.
Lead daily and weekly scheduling meetings to keep projects on track.
Coordinate with Estimators, Construction Superintendents, and Oakridge Owners for seamless project execution.
Supervise Junior Project Coordinator to ensure tasks and projects stay on schedule.
Hire and manage sub-contractors, purchase materials, and manage project schedules effectively.
Ensure smooth communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
Complete regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure client satisfaction.
Track project costs and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Reader.
Relevant education, such as Construction Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering Technician certification.
Architectural, Landscape, or Certified Project Management certifications are a plus.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to read blueprints and understand elevations.
Knowledge of safety protocols and occupational hazards.
