Cooper's is seeking a Construction Labourer to join our restoration and clean-up crew in Toronto. You will assist with site prep, cleanup, and support to trades on diverse construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities include assisting with framing, drywall, finishing, and restoration work, reading blueprints, and following safety protocols to contribute to quality builds while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction is beneficial but not required.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and blueprints.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude toward quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
• Use hand and power tools for framing, drywall, and finishing tasks.
• Support carpenters, plumbers, welders and other tradespeople by handing tools and materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• Participate in flooring, tile, drywall, and painting tasks to meet project specs.
• Help with restoration and renovation tasks and surface preparation.
