Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is hiring for a general construction labourer in Medicine Hat, Canada. The role supports building and demolition projects, loading and unloading materials, and assisting in framing, scaffolding, and site cleanup.

You will work outdoors in varied weather, follow safety rules and PPE requirements, and help keep job sites organized and efficient. Applicants should be prepared for physically demanding work with heavy loads, long shifts, and strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• No degree, certificate or diploma required.
• Physical, outdoors construction work with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
• Assist in demolishing buildings.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials.
• Perform routine maintenance work.
• Remove rubble and debris at construction sites.
• Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
• Involve duties that lead to positive environmental outcomes
