Job description

The Labourer is required to perform tasks involving physical labour at commercial construction projects and to operate a variety of hand and power tools. This role requires regular travel to Revelstoke, BC. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required. Chandos will provide accommodations and a living out allowance (LOA) as needed for eligible out-of-town work.

Qualifications :

• Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools
• Minimum of 1 year previous construction labour experience preferred
• Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures
• Current fall protection, EWP, and zoom boom tickets preferred
• Knowledge of First Aid and CPR preferred
• SiteReadyBC required
• Experience with Peri formwork an asset
• Valid Driver's License and clean abstract preferred
• Out of town work may be required. Work in all weather conditions.
