WJ Groundwater is seeking a motivated individual for the installation and maintenance of dewatering systems. This site-based role involves working in various environments, ensuring systems operate effectively, and maintaining safety standards. Candidates should have construction experience and strong communication skills.

We have specialized plant and equipment that allows us to install custom dewatering and water treatment systems in various environments including from within tunnels and shafts and from the surface. Our current portfolio of projects covers everything from large infrastructure (heavy civil works) to residential developments, and small-scale dewatering solutions in hard-to-access areas.
The primary function of this position is to carry out the installation and maintenance of dewatering systems at our clients project sites. It is critical that our dewatering systems are installed and commissioned properly as they will be required to operate continuously for years.

Working Conditions
This role is predominately site-based. Accessing our construction sites can be challenging, and it involves installing dewatering systems in both outdoor and indoor environments, including tunnels, adits, and shafts, which are classified as low to medium risk confined spaces. Comfort with working in all weather conditions, on heavy industrial construction sites, and within confined spaces is essential.
Standard working hours are 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility needed. Overtime may be required on evenings and weekends, and it can often be at short notice based on client demands.
