Job Requirements

• Education: No formal education required.
• Experience: Experience is an asset. Training will be provided for right candidates.
• Language: No specific language requirement. Basic communication skills to follow instructions and ensure workplace safety.

Job Duties

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from construction sites.
• Set up and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, barricades, and other temporary structures to support construction activities.
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the direction of supervisors or skilled tradespersons.
• Assist carpenters, drywall installers, and other tradespersons with basic construction tasks and site preparation.
• Assist in demolishing structures and preparing work areas for new construction or renovation projects.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials and ensure reusable materials are properly organized at the job site.
• Remove rubble, debris, and other waste materials from construction sites to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Assist with general site maintenance and support other labour tasks as required to ensure efficient construction operations.
