Job Description

As our General Foreman, you'll support the Superintendent by overseeing all field and site-specific construction activities. Your responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, performance, and profitability of commercial projects, while leading and motivating the onsite team. Effective communication and collaboration with the Superintendent, Project Manager, and field staff are essential.

Your Duties Include:

• Providing leadership and direction for project activities
• Managing requests for information (RFIs)
• Planning and organizing manpower and materials
• Completing safety records, logbooks, and timesheets
• Monitoring productivity and making adjustments as needed
• Managing subcontractors to ensure timely completion within scope
• Promoting sustainable construction practices

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial and civil construction
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• CTST 2020 certification required
• Willingness to work out of town
• Pre-employment physical screening required to ensure safety and capability
• Infection Control Certification preferred
