Job Description

As our General Foreman, you'll support our Superintendent by overseeing all field and site-specific construction activities. You'll manage budgets, schedules, performance, and profitability of commercial projects while leading and motivating the onsite Chandos crew. Effective communication and collaboration with the Superintendent, Project Manager, and field staff are essential.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in providing leadership and direction for project activities
• Identifying and generating requests for information
• Planning, organizing, and managing site manpower and materials
• Completing documentation such as logs, safety records, and timesheets
• Monitoring productivity and making necessary adjustments
• Managing subcontractor relationships to ensure timelines and scope are met
• Promoting sustainable construction practices and minimizing environmental impact

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial and Civil construction
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• CTST 2020 certification required
• Willingness to work out of town
• Pre-employment physical testing required to assess ability to perform job functions
• Infection Control Certification preferred
