What You’ll Do
We’re hiring a Construction Foreman who leads from the front—building trust with clients and inspectors while delivering on our promise that Service is at Our Core. In this role, you’ll direct day-to-day site activities and coordinate closely with project managers to keep work safe, on schedule, and within budget. You’ll contribute to and refine schedules, work breakdown structures, RFIs, sub-contractor RFPs, and cost-saving recommendations, while maintaining project documents in alignment with our Quality Assurance Procedure, Project Management Process, and Control of Documents Procedure.
You’ll support change management to capture shifts in design, costs, and timelines; track milestones and progress for internal and external stakeholders; and provide timely feedback on project health, budget, and schedule, including manpower, material, and equipment needs. Safety is non-negotiable—you’ll ensure field teams understand and meet site and client safety requirements, actively champion our Health, Safety and Environment policies, and verify that crew members have the training required to comply with CSCL HSE initiatives. Focused and organized, you’ll prioritize work in line with branch objectives and keep administration tight—completing weekly timesheet approvals no later than 10:00 a.m. MT each Monday.
If you’re a hands-on leader who can balance people, paperwork, and production, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and help us deliver with precision, safety, and service at the core.
