Position Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Construction Estimator with a solid understanding of masonry construction and a strong command of Bluebeam software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for masonry work on a variety of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze architectural and structural drawings and specifications to prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and estimates for masonry scope
• Utilize Bluebeam Revu to perform digital takeoffs and markups
• Prepare material, labor, and equipment cost estimates
• Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment on scopes, timelines, and budgets
• Identify cost-saving opportunities or value engineering options
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing where necessary
• Assist in bid preparation and proposal development

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in masonry or concrete trades
• Expert-level proficiency in Bluebeam Revu for digital takeoffs
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and construction practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with construction estimating software is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Experience estimating high-end residential or commercial masonry work

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
