We are seeking a Construction Coordinator with strong permit processing, subcontractor billing, and lien release experience to support our growing team! If you have 3+ years in construction admin and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Project Managers throughout the life cycle of construction projects
Manage all project documentation (physical and electronic)
Pull permits and process releases and conditionals on subcontractors
Perform subcontractor billing, invoicing, and lien releases
Maintain accurate data entry in Vista by Viewpoint
Issue purchase orders and manage subcontractor documentation
Organize pre-lien details and handle final inspection paperwork
Communicate with vendors to coordinate material deliveries
Support field staff with project-related administrative needs
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or similar role
Strong experience with permits, billing, lien releases, and subcontractor documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Vista/Viewpoint software
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent written/verbal communication
Able to multi task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented
