Qualifications

Location: Southwest
Term: Full-Time
Start Date: August / September 2025

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Superintendent in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities, including crew and equipment management.
  • Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations by implementing the Company’s OH&S management system.
  • Maintain and manage plans, specifications, cost estimates, and related reports. Establish, monitor, and update construction work schedules.
  • Maintain accurate cost control by tracking daily units of completion, processing timecards, and material packing slips for payments and updates.
  • Coordinate procurement of construction materials to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of purchase orders.
  • Expedite progress payment certificates, final payment certificates, and all extra work orders as per contract.
  • Calculate productivity and material yields.
  • Arrange and conduct construction field services as required.
  • Maintain daily diaries for each project. Employees may also be assigned other work as needed.

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Technologist/Technician Diploma with 2–3 years of related experience
  • Effective time management

  • Standard 50-hour workweek; overtime and night shifts may be required based on operational needs
  • Work on a construction site, including site trailers
  • Travel to/from and within job sites
