Job summary

Jobtailor in Toronto, Ontario is seeking an experienced Construction Project Oversight professional to supervise site inspectors on assigned projects.

You will monitor construction activities to ensure cost, schedule, and quality standards are met, review payment draws, and prepare certifications while coordinating with the Project Manager, client, and design team. Strong documentation and file management support are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of local and provincial building codes, construction principles, techniques, and procedures.
• Commitment to problem-solving quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to interpret sketches, drawings, and similar material.
• Strong organizational skills and scheduling understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with watermains, sewers, and/or tunnelling, open cut and CPP construction projects.
