Job description

STV is seeking a Construction Billing Specialist for our PM/CM group in NYC.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and process contractor invoicing according to company and client guidelines.
  2. Ensure all documents meet standards in terms of quality and compliance.
  3. Manage and maintain controlled documents, including processing and recording revisions.
  4. Input document data into standard registers, ensuring accuracy and currency.
  5. Support Project Managers and project teams with document control and distribution tasks.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat.
  2. Bachelor's degree.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in project management, design, construction, operations, administration, or related fields.
  4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Experience with public agency contract administration is a plus.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  7. Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.

Compensation Range:

$60,151.50 - $80,202.00
