STV is seeking a Construction Billing Specialist for our PM/CM group in NYC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process contractor invoicing according to company and client guidelines.
- Ensure all documents meet standards in terms of quality and compliance.
- Manage and maintain controlled documents, including processing and recording revisions.
- Input document data into standard registers, ensuring accuracy and currency.
- Support Project Managers and project teams with document control and distribution tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in project management, design, construction, operations, administration, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with public agency contract administration is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.

Compensation Range:
$60,151.50 - $80,202.00
