• A minimum of 3 years hands on construction experience

• Basic understanding of residential construction, materials, methods and tools
• General knowledge and awareness of safety protocols and regulations

• A reliable vehicle, preferably a truck to move building materials, and basic hand tools
• Proficiency in using both hand and power tools

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure the smooth execution of all construction activities on‑site.
• Monitor project progress and report any deviations or issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
• Execute site cleanup tasks to maintain a safe and organized work environment, including the removal of debris and proper disposal of waste materials.
• Perform minor repairs and touch‑ups at various stages of construction.
• Aid the Project Manager in conducting regular quality control inspections to ensure work is meeting specified standards and building codes.
