Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of software QA and test automation experience.
• Hands‑on test automation experience using Python, C#, or Java.
• Experience testing embedded AI products or applying basic AI concepts (LLMs, NLP, ML).
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) server environments and agentic AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance and test execution for new AI components embedded directly into Trimble software.
• Design, develop, and adapt custom AI testing tools and automated frameworks to elevate team productivity.
• Pioneer and advocate for modern AI test tools, best practices, and automation pipelines across the global QA community.
• Implement automated workflows to evaluate and improve software release quality continuously.
• Identify and mitigate model biases and risks to guarantee high‑performing AI features.
