Conseiller(ère) beauté

The beauty advisor is responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with clients to increase sales, service quality, and loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing an exceptional service and sales experience to all clients.
  • Exceeding personal and brand sales and service goals.
  • Developing a loyal client base by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and retaining loyal customers.
  • Sharing extensive product knowledge with the sales team.
  • Maintaining relationships with buyers, vendors, and sales managers.
  • Driving brand sales through marketing opportunities, event execution, and assortment recommendations, and communicating suggestions to management.
  • Participating in educational sessions, product knowledge seminars, and vendor events.
  • Performing visual merchandising, floor recovery, pricing adjustments, and related tasks.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients via phone, email, or mail regarding store events, product requests, follow-ups, and special dates.
  • Resolving customer service issues and collaborating with sales management on complex problems.
  • Adhering to health and safety policies.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to surpass sales targets.
  • Strong team player with collaborative skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • At least 2 years of experience in commission-based sales.
  • Make-up or aesthetics certification may be required for specific brands.
  • Experience in luxury retail preferred.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
