Role :

Based in either Montreal or Toronto reporting to Team Leader Small & Medium Enterprise the primary purpose of the Account Advisor is to generate revenue through up-selling and cross-selling retain existing merchant accounts build and maintain an excellent relationship with merchants while providing superior customer service for high value small and medium enterprise.

Main Responsibilities :

Revenue Generation

Identify all sales opportunities within assigned Small Business Portfolios

Cross Sells / Up Sells of bank card services

Process terminal sales and upgrades

Manage re-pricing of merchants to profitable level where applicable

Promote and sell additional services offered by Global Payments and Existing Partners

Customer Retention / Account Maintenance

Handle all retention issues using strong negotiation skills to maintain the merchant at the established threshold

Maintain a high retention ratio

Add Locations Setups

Assist with equipment setups

Lead Integration Projects

Process account changes

New Merchant Location Setups

Integrated POS Setups

Customer Service

Represent as one stop Resolution

Ensure a 24-48 hour follow up with all Voice mail Trackers Emails

Provide strong follow up for all setups and orders

Minimize all escalation issues at first point of contact

Ensure all issues are documented in Tracker with follow-up resolutions

Required Qualifications

Post Secondary education preferably with focus on Business Sales or Marketing

1-2 years of Sales experience preferably in a similar industry

Bilingual in English and French

A natural talent for negotiation

Strong outbound and inbound phone sales skills

Very good at building relationships and nurturing them via telephone and email

Exceptional written and verbal skills

Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on sales / superior customer service skills

Ability to identify all merchant needs and issues using probing skills and utilizing open ended questions

Great ability at effectively managing time and establishing priorities and strong organizational skills to deliver products and services to clients

Excellent working knowledge of several PC based applications including : Word Excel Outlook and Google tools

Strong analytical skills required to work independently and escalate to management when necessary

Willingness and ability to quickly learn and understand all Global Payments services products and rate structures

Responsabilits Principales :

Gnrer des revenus

Identifier les opportunits de vente dans les portefeuilles de PME attribus

Augmenter les ventes croises et / ou ventes incitatives des services de cartes bancaires

Faire les ventes et mises niveau de terminaux

Rvaluer les tarifs des commerants et ajuster selon la rentabilit du compte

Promouvoir et vendre des services supplmentaires offerts par Global Payments et des partenaires existants

Rtention client / Maintenance du compte

Grer tous les problmes de rtention en utilisant des comptences de ngociation pour maintenir le commerant un seuil tabli

Maintenir un taux lev de rtention

Assister les marchands avec les configurations dquipements

Participer aux principaux projets dintgration

Effectuer les changements de compte

Offrir un support pour les nouveaux paramtres et / ou configurations demplacement du marchand

Effectuer la configuration de point de vente intgres

Service la clientle

Rsolution de problmes rapide et efficace

Effectuer un suivi dans les 24-48 heures pour tous les messages vocaux trackers e-mails

Fournir un service hors pair pour toutes les configurations et commandes

Minimiser tous les problmes descalade au premier point de contact

Faire la documentation de tous les problmes dans le Tracker avec des rsolutions de suivi

Qualifications Ncessaires :

tudes postsecondaires de prfrence en administration ventes ou marketing

Possder 1-2 ans dexprience en vente et / ou gestion de compte

Bilingue en anglais et en franais tant loral qu lcrit
