The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to join our HSE team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will act as a consultant to directors, department heads, supervisors and employees to guide them towards best practices in occupational health and safety.

You will be part of the Health, Safety & Environment team responsible for instance for:

  • Ensure adherence to company health and safety policies and procedures;
  • Support operations by performing safe task analyses and researching OHS best practices;
  • Perform operational control audits and risk assessments.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as HSE Advisor EVENING will be for instance to:

  • Actively participate in Local Health and Safety Committees (CSSL) and Safety Labs;
  • Conduct accident investigations and analyses and accompany managers to identify root causes and corrective actions in place;
  • Implement and execute the necessary preventive actions to ensure compliance and maintenance of our ISO45001 & ISO14001 certifications;
  • Identify training needs and conduct training sessions as required.
