Job summary

Walmart Canada in Laval, QC is seeking a Cosmetics Associate to deliver friendly customer service and support salesfloor operations within the Cosmetics and Health & Beauty departments. You will greet customers, promote products, locate merchandise and help shoppers make purchase decisions.

You will also stock and rotate merchandise, set up displays, process returns as needed, and maintain proper pricing and signage while helping to keep the store safe and welcoming for all guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Assists customers by promoting products/services and locating merchandise.
• Resolves customer issues and refers concerns to management when needed.
• Maintains salesfloor presentation by stocking, rotating and pricing merchandise.
• Handles claims/returns and maintains a safe work environment per policies.
• Receives and stocks merchandise, uses equipment, and completes required paperwork.
• Directs appropriate service items to a Customer Service Manager when required.
• Located in Cosmetics and Health and Beauty, provides guidance on available cosmetic presence.
• Ensures proper signage, displays and pricing accuracy across the department.
