As a financial advisor, you will play a crucial role by attentively listening to our members and clients to optimize their financial health. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering tailored financial solutions with impeccable quality. Specifically, you will:

• Respond to members' needs regarding financing and investment, while delivering quality service
• Develop strategies and propose offers related to investment, financing, and protection
• Act as the relationship manager, evaluate satisfaction and service quality, ensure follow-ups, and recommend improvements
• Stay informed about financial news, market trends, and best practices in your field
