Vous réaliserez des simulations énergétiques et fournirez un soutien technique pour des projets portant sur les certifications LEED. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Soutenir l'équipe de conseil dans l'exécution des calculs sur divers projets.
  • Participer à la transition énergétique des bâtiments.
  • Réaliser des simulations énergétiques pour le bâtiment.
  • Préparer des calculs de ventilation.
  • Conseiller sur la certification WELL des projets.

The mission involves performing energy simulations and ventilation calculations on projects aiming for LEEDhabitations certification.

You will also have the opportunity to support projects targeting WELL certification.

Responsibilities
  • Support our consulting team in executing calculations on diverse projects
  • Participate in the energy transition of buildings
  • Perform building energy simulations
  • Create models using eQuest, SIMEB, and REM / RATE software
  • Prepare ventilation calculations
  • Provide technical support for large-scale LEED projects
  • Assist in commissioning mechanical systems for LEED
  • Offer technical expertise on consulting mandates (LCA, code studies, grant applications, etc.)
  • Advise on WELL certification for projects
  • Perform other related tasks
Qualifications
  • Degree in engineering (mechanical, energy efficiency, sustainable development, or related field)
  • Proficiency in energy modeling with eQuest and REM / RATE
  • Experience or knowledge of LEED certification for housing
  • Knowledge of ASHRAE standards
  • WELL Building Standard certification (asset)
  • Interest in ecological construction and building performance
  • Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
  • Versatility, efficiency, tact, and discretion
  • Initiative, dynamism, autonomy, and team spirit
  • Fluent in French (spoken and written), good knowledge of English
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with web environments
Working Conditions
  • Salary according to internal scale and experience
  • Full-time contract, 35 hours per week
  • Location: 6001, rue St-Hubert, Montreal, with telecommuting options
  • Up to 4 weeks of vacation and 1 week of sick leave after 1 year
  • Group insurance, telemedicine, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and collective RRSP after 3 months
