About the Role

As the Senior Advisor, Aluminium Marketing, you will support the Product Marketing Strategy team in managing long-term product strategies and representing the voice of customers and industry for investments across the global electrolytic system. Your role involves analyzing market trends (e.g., recycling, low-carbon processes), setting R&D and investment priorities, advising sales teams, and fostering partnerships for the Aluminium group.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate key value drivers for Aluminium products and business units.
• Analyze markets for competitors, pricing, supply and demand, disruptors, etc.
• Develop market insights to shape the go-to-market strategy, including product portfolios, customer segments, value propositions, pricing, and branding.
• Contribute to ongoing marketing and strategic planning for Aluminium.
• Represent industry and customer perspectives within strategic reviews.
• Create communication materials to convey organisational narratives.
• Lead and participate in projects such as new system integrations and marketing initiatives like START.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in consulting, branding, or ESG is an asset.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and travel 5-20% of the time.
