Typical Day:
- Support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide best-in-class service.
- Ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and promptly in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow credit policy rules closely to ensure risk parameters are maintained.
- Gather loan information and sell our loan and protection products.
- Close loans virtually and in person.
- Follow up on past due customer accounts.
- Handle cash controls, including taking payments.
- Engage in personal training and development to support our mission of delivering the best borrowing experience and earning customer trust and loyalty.

Must-haves:
- Authorized to work in Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent (asset)
Nice to Have:
- At least 1 year of experience in loan underwriting or in a financial institution.
- Experience with loan origination software.
- Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration.
- Maintain a positive, supportive attitude to foster a gratifying work atmosphere.
