Daily responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting customers and prospective customers via phone and in person to provide excellent service.
  2. Assessing loan applications accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Following credit policy rules carefully to ensure risk parameters are maintained.
  4. Gathering necessary loan information.
  5. Selling loan and protection products.
  6. Closing loans both virtually and in person.
  7. Following up on past-due customer accounts.
  8. Handling cash controls, including accepting payments.
  9. Participating in personal training and development to support our mission of delivering the best borrowing experience and earning customer trust and loyalty.

Requirements:
