Job summary

Fairstone Bank is hiring a Loan Consultant to grow the business by actively promoting loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You’ll understand customer needs to recommend appropriate financial solutions and manage the full process from application to closing.

The role requires a customer-first mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills, plus the ability to work both in person and remotely while meeting sales targets.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or customer service with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

About the role:

As a Loan Consultant, you’ll play a key part in growing our business by:

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or customer service with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
