Responsibilities of the Conseiller(ère) beauté include:
- Providing exceptional service and sales experience to all clients.
- Surpassing personal and brand sales and service objectives.
- Building and maintaining a loyal client base through acquiring new clients, developing existing relationships, and retaining loyal customers.
- Sharing extensive product knowledge with the sales team.
- Maintaining relationships with buyers, vendors, and sales managers.
- Driving brand sales through marketing opportunities, events, and assortment recommendations.
- Participating in educational sessions and seminars.
- Merchandising, visual displays, and price adjustments.
- Communicating regularly with clients regarding events, product requests, follow-up, and special occasions.
- Resolving customer service issues in collaboration with sales management.
- Adhering to health and safety policies.
- Performing other assigned duties.
Candidate profile:
- High school diploma.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- At least 2 years of experience in commission-based sales.
- Certification in makeup artistry or aesthetics for certain brands.
- Experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Bilingual in French and English.
